LumaThera sources products from third-party suppliers, and they are shipped directly to customers.

Because of this, shipping times, packaging, and carriers may vary depending on the supplier and destination.


PROCESSING TIME

Order processing typically takes 1–5 business days.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and transfer to our supplier for fulfilment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–25 business days

  • Australia: 10–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand or seasonal volume

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or events outside our control

LumaThera Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or supplier processing times.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is normal and nothing to worry about.


LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days (international) or 20 days (domestic), please contact us at:

We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued only after confirmation that the package is lost.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs authority

  • The customer’s responsibility

  • Non-refundable
